Starr Hospice, Inc., controls and operates Starr Hospice and Health Services from its headquarters in Dublin, California. We make no representation that Starr Hospice’s material is appropriate or available for other uses.
If you access Starr Hospice from other website locations, you do so at your own discretion and risk. You are also responsible for abiding by local laws, since access to Starr Hospice’s material may not be legal everywhere. Hospice and home health products and services are available in many parts of the world. However, Starr Hospice may describe products that are not available worldwide.

7. General Provisions
These terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Starr Hospice and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Starr Hospice in relation to this website.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, this website or Starr Hospice’s material will be instituted in a federal court in the Central District of California.
You agree that if Starr Hospice does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these terms (or which Starr Hospice has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Starr Hospice’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Starr Hospice.
