Starr serves patients in private residences, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes throughout the Tri-Valley and neighboring cities of the San Francisco East Bay Area. Typically, clinical staff have a patient load grouped into either the north, central, or south region of our service area. Our Administrative Office is located in Pleasanton, CA.
We have been a trusted community resource since 1980. Our reputation has been built on consistency, responsiveness, and quality. As a non-profit, community-led agency, we are able to focus on providing quality care to patients and families when they need it most, rather than being driven by profit or financial demand. Many of our nurses who have worked in other healthcare fields have said that hospice care is what they had imagined nursing to be.
